    <content type="html">Unser Körper ist klug. Er stellt sich auf unsere Lebensweise ein und dadurch auf die körperlichen Belastungen, die wir regelmäßig haben. Körper erzeugt Energie durch 3 verschiedene Prozesse, einmal mit Sauerstoff und 2 mal ohne. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Die aerobische Energieerzeugung bringt mehr Energie als anaerobische. Kreatinphosphatabbau und Glykolyse liefern nähmlich Energie nur für kürzere Zeit - ca. 10 Sekunden und 2 Minuten entsprechend. Das ist die richtige Zeitlänge für die Übungen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mittels Sauerstoffs verbrennen wir Fett, und dadurch kann man schlanker werden. Nun aber hat der Körper am Ende Mangel an seinen wichtigsten Vorrätten und wird sofort versuchen sie wieder anzuschaffen. Wie schon eben gesagt, wer mehr Energie verbraucht, der muss genauso viel erzeugen können. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Der Schweiß ist ein Zeichen dafür, dass wir mehr Energie erzeugt haben, als notwendig war. Körper wird unnötig heiß und muss gekühlt werden um den Rest der Energie abzubauen, weil es nicht möglich war, sie zu verbrauchen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wer regelmäßig länger ohne Pausen sehr intensiv trainieren wird, der wird auch Fett abnehmen aber auch wieder zunehmen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fazit daraus, sich auf anaerobische Belastungen einzustellen.</content>

    <content type="html">Man muss den inneren Informationstrom verringern. Das reduziert Problemen mit der Selbstkontrolle. Man wird mit der Neigung des Rückens oder des Kopfes oder unter übermäßig scharfen Bewegungen überlastet. Daraus folgt: Seid ruhig, stabil und weich! Immer Stramm stehet! Die Belastung des Kleinhirn wird dadurch vermindert. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Geschwindigeit mal Reaktionszeit ist Distanz. Zur rechtzeitige Reaktion ist deswegen immer eine passende Distanz nötig. Wenn man zu weit vom oder zu nah zum Angreifer sich befindet, hat man auch Schwierigkeiten  mit weiteren Bewegungen. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Die typische Fehler sind nicht gerade zu sein, nicht zu gucken, was Ihr machen wollt. Focussierung soll sich immer wieder an den Gegner  wenden. Er muss immer im Brennpunkt eures Interesses stehen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Einfluß auf den Gegner muss man allmählich ausüben. Hier als erstes fängt die Verschiebung des Zentrums der Massen an, und, wenn ihr Hebel nutzet, entstehen die reaktiven Kräfte, die noch schwieriger zu kontrolieren. Eine Ursache ist  das Problem des Überflusses der Freiheit in den eigenen Gelenke. Die Regel dazu ist die Ellbogen immer unten und nah zum Körper zu halten.   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Die Belastung an die Hände im harten Griff ist auch zu vermeiden.  Kontakt ist statisch, Verbindungen sind dynamisch, Führung richtet die Kraft tangential. Zum Beispiel, es ist unnötig, mit der Hand abwärts auf einer Schulter zu drücken, es ist notwendig, die Hand zu drehen und eine Neigung zu verursachen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Es reicht auch nur den Daumen für den Kontakt zu nutzen. Man spreizt  die Finger, um Energie durch den Arm fließen zu lassen. Selbst wenn die Finger entspannt sind, fließt sie ganz natürlich durch die Hände.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eine Maschine kann nur dann arbeiten wenn sie doch Wärme produziert. Jede nützliche Arbeit ist nur ein Teil der verbrauchten Energie und der Rest wendet sich an Hitze (d.h. schwitzt die Person).</content>

Man muss aber schon selbst den Meister sein, um sie anzuwenden und nicht nur verstanden zu haben.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Er wie ein Orakel oder Revolutionär provoziert mit imperativen und kategorischen Aussagen und lässt keine Chancen zu diskutieren. Ja, wir streben alle die volle Freiheit in Bewegung, in Agieren zu erreichen. Er sagt mir aber nicht wie groß das Problem ist, meine Beschränkungen zu überwinden, ob es überhaupt möglich ist. Dazu muss ich Bücher von Bernstein mehrmals lesen, und dann sehe ich wie schwer und lang der Weg wird, wie weit  ich von der angekündigten Perfektion bin. Die beide sind Meistern in Martial arts, meiner Meinung nach, nur einer ist Theoretiker und der andere ist  Praktitioner.   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aikido ist schon meine Lebensart, so zu sagen mich in verschiedenen  wortlosen Auseinandersetzungen zurecht zu finden, ohne dem Entgegenstehenden gesundliche Schaden zu verursachen. Das schlißt manchmal die einfachste Lösungen aus.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ich habe einmal gehört einen sehr guten Spruch, Faschismus ist ein Versuch, kompliezierte Probleme mit einfachen  Mitteln zu lösen. Ich bin seitdem dagegen, immer ein einfachstes Mittel zu suchen, ungeachtet von Umständen. Bruce Lee hat wahrscheinlich ganz andere Meinung gehabt,  er ist nämlich Streetfighter,   gewesen. Er könnte den Gegner umbringen, wenn es einfacher wäre. Er war doch klug genug um das zu vermeiden. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eine Zitat finde ich echt toll&lt;br /&gt;"Besides running, one should also do exercises for the stomach - sit-ups, leg raises, etc. Too often one of those big-belly masters will tell you that his internal power has sunk to his stomach; he's not kidding, it is sunk and gone!     <content type="html">eine Problemstellung.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wir nutzen differenziale Gleichungen, um die Zukunft vorzusagen. Aber man hat zu bedenken, wann sie dazu geeignet sind. Eisetzbarkeit hängt davon ab, ob wir diskrete Größe, einzelne starke Fluktuationen oder die glatte Bahnen und Durchschnittswerten berechnen wollen. Es gibt genug Naturprozessen und Naturobjekten, die sich mit differenzialen Gleichungen nicht beschreiben lassen - zum Beispiel die Elektronlaufbahnen und Länge der Küsten.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Das Problem ist darin, dass die determinierte Prozesse die Glattheit des Universums als stillschweigende Bedingung haben. Eine Voraussetzung ist es, die wir gerne mit Kontinuität verwechseln! Aber die Glattheit ist eine Funktionenschar, die bestimmte Kennlinie bilden. Damit kann man die unterschiedliche Karten, Atlasse ineinander umwandeln. Andersrum kann man sie als Koordinatwandlung definieren.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Es ist klar, dass mehrere Glattheiten vorhanden sind. Differenzierbarkeit mit x oder w=x^(1/3) ergibt zwei verschiedene Glattheiten. Man kann Ableitungen der Funktionen für eine Koordinate, oder zwei oder drei Koordinaten mit lineare Tranformationen in die jegliche Glattheit darstellen, nun aber für 4 Koordinaten gilt es nicht mehr (nur lineare Wandlungen reicht nicht mehr). Das bedeutet, das Objekt wird nicht immer gleich bleiben, und dass wir die zurvor determinierte Prozesse als zufällige bezeichnen werden, wenn wir eine andere Referenzsystem nehmen würden! Und wie man damin umgehen soll, weiß ich noch nicht.</content>

    <content type="html">when a man feels an emptiness, a common pitfall is to eat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There are many other forms to sublimate a real solution but the reason for a man being trapped by bad habits  is a lack of honesty. It is a hard way to go deep into the real cause analysis but the only not to escape but to rescue. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There is a good technique to set this course - blow my swagger-baloon off! Emptyness inside me is a result of pretending to be more than i really am. Breathe it out, be smaller!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is no use to stay a ballon if i could turn into a sink.  Let energy flow through, use some new activity not to swell up with stagnant feelings. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If someone think that being in a fuss is a kind of activity these considerations only slightly palliate his conduct. This will not mitigate a vague discomfort of unhonesty. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There are definitely people around who share the same interests, find them and have fun.</content>

    <content type="html">they are actually events we are not ready to meet.  But they will not let us go by. The more we try not to pay attention to noises the more harm we feel the next time we are hit by a noise annoynance.  &lt;br /&gt;To be open and ready to the sudden changes in every situation (environment) is the chellenge of a warrior, or a saint. The first will stand against them, the second should stand by them. The noise is a kind of such event.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First step is to understand the nature of the noise and the process of making it. On this step we could already build a kind of classification of the known noises so they will be sudden but not frightening.  Anticipating the next clang, crash, squeak etc.  make us concentrated and prepared. It might be turned into a mental training. We could develope our senses by hearing not only a noise but sounds and by feeling all the delicate changes before that. The noise should go through every cell of our body, been absorbed, retranslated, decoded. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For a warrior it will be a signal to act, for a saint - a purifying flow of impulses flushed to rectify his mind.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A world without noises is incomplete although we consider it to be already good enough for us. Pretending that all should go smoothly we would ignore the real complexity of the world. Bearing this in mind we will not seek for a quick solution of the problem but for an  appropriate one. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The second step is to let our negative emotions aside or convert them into energy, into a will to act.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The third step is to call the police :)</content>

    <content type="html">Equilibrium.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is about things that could not let our sences untouched. It is about an idea, that our emotions left a kind of traces on them. If emotions and feelings are materialized as impulses with definite frequency then it might be reasonable  when deep emotional experience forms  electromagnetic field that could be absorbed, soaked into the masterpeaces that bring through the ages accumulated information about our culture, the history of mankind. &lt;br /&gt;I beleave that this process is based on concept of hologram interference.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But not only things considered as carrier of this knowledge, every film and musical composition been public presented is provoking emotional reaction of many people. Every now and then a person hearing and watching them is affected  not only by waves (light rays, sounds reflected from the surrounding) but also come in resonance with informational field hovering around. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Every place has its memory we can sense, the problem is to prove it scientifically</content>

    <content type="html">The question to answer, it is so abstract, so no one thinks about it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But i am still no able to deside, is it too simple or too complex.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Obviously we want to have car, home, etc. Why not? Also we want to be happy. And if it might be the same then the answer is "to have".&lt;br /&gt;From the other side someone want to have a good education to be a doctor.&lt;br /&gt;And that is what i mean "to be". &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The question is about personal preferences. Quantative or qualitative description of the identity. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I find it really weird that one should have in order to be.</content>

    <content type="html">Every morning I start my day with small exercises in order to create a correct tonus of body muscles. But it is still out of my control.  Taking into account the finesse of tone regulation I should say that this could be the most complex part of the warming-up. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can only indirectly influence on it regulating my blood circulation and the activity of my nervous system using the special combination of breath and mood.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Necessity of doing that seems to be not obvious, but I realise this as the end point in mastery of self-control. Only now I see the difference between me and more experienced, higher graduated masters on this level - they have the right tonus, bearing and the mood as a habit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can  create the similar combination of static muscle tensions in torso and neck, but my breathing destroys the balance as soon as i lose my concentration.</content>

    <content type="html">I presume that image recognition is a simple combination of two steps - filtering and convolution. There is a need to put separators into the data and the only universally applicable way to find them is to check "ALL" possible convolutions of the sequences with the patterns predefined in the set of symbols - (i am yet to describe this in the strict terms but should postpone these details till later discussion). Filtering is used to aviod "brute force" method as every recognisable image has been seen before and should be already memorised (integrated) in an internal model of the world.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"hologram"-form. &lt;br /&gt;A difference between data and image is important to stress at the beginning as image shows basic relations in the data inflowing the system. Image is an automatic conversion into a view from the definite point. A reference point for it could be substructed from each value for the example and any precision considerations which are taken into account in order to &lt;br /&gt;1. move this information into the background /named context/ and &lt;br /&gt;2. to extract from the rest the real message. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Core assembly architecture is layered: full data conversion into another format is used to reduce size of the data transferred to the next level. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rules of the data indexing are based on precision assumptions and collected statistical distributions for the defining implied frequencies.     <title>Understanding  and recognition</title>

    <content type="html">To do the next step in the analysing of intelligence i should do the following  abstract terms construction.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This should make my logic clear and lead to the concept self-studying machines. To avoid long names and awful acronyms n theorie to be developed they will be initially put as systems.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If in the processing of the data the system is applied her knowledge to produce some information  i will define this as recognition. As i consider knowledge as an hierarchy of formats then the term "information" will be the formatted data presented  as a "message" in other words as a sequence of sequences according to the rules  stored in that and all the similar systems. Similar means that the  formats hierarchy is predefined and the working procedures are scaleable, but every system has it own set of rules developed after the learning phase. This phase is  named so because of external assistance in transforming the information available to internal knowledge. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To deside whether this help is necessary the system will check the the data for consistency and integrity. If all the data are processed with no errors and could be fully digested using internal mechanisms then this information is not new and is understandable.  If only integrity checks have failed  starting from a middle level then it should trigger a process to find sense in the message. System should predicate to produce new checks, if that fails, then only meta information presenting new format(s), checks are duplicated from the appropriate level, on which this format is integrated to hierarchy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In simpliefied form the format is defined  for set of symbols as  rules to cut row data to sequencies.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Talking about a hierarchy of formats i am to mention that it would be used  for describing message compounds. As sequences of the one are symbols for another. In other cases, when the need to link formats to each other exists, they will be described as compounds of a same nature, as objects with some parametrization</content>

We should not try to change integrity-check rules but  the premises we have put to our theory base.</content>
